Return Conditions
To ensure all returns meet our quality standards, the following conditions apply:
- Eligibility: Return requests may only be submitted after the order has been delivered and received.
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including international shipping costs and any customs duties or import charges.
- Customs Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, rejected shipments, customs holds, or lost packages during the return process. Refunds cannot be issued for returns that fail to clear customs.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging included. Trying items on is acceptable; wearing them beyond fitting is not.
- Multiple Sizes: Orders placed with the intention of returning selected sizes are not eligible under our return policy.
How to Request a Return

Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, we will provide the return address for our fulfillment warehouse. -
Ship Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A valid tracking number is required for all returns. -
Send Tracking Information
After shipping your return, email the tracking number to us immediately. Returns sent without valid tracking information may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Delivery & Address Responsibility
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible only for the shipping costs associated with the replacement item.
- The original item does not need to be returned.
- Replacement items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at .

Once reviewed, we will arrange a complimentary replacement item. Please note that we provide replacements only for damaged or incorrect items; refunds are not available in these cases.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a complimentary reshipment of the missing item.
Refunds are not available for missing items; reshipment only applies.
