SHIPPING POLICY

At Hudson and Lane, shipping is always free, with no minimum order required. We believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and reliable for every customer.

We deliver directly from our international warehouse to your door, which allows us to offer our collections at fair prices without compromising on quality. Most deliveries to the USA arrive within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

Every order is packaged with care to help ensure your items arrive safely. If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging is visibly torn, please contact us at info@hudsonandlane-austin.com with photos of the package. Be sure to keep both the packaging and the item, as they may be needed for a claim.

We may ship from different fulfilment locations to reduce unnecessary transport and shorten delivery times. While Hudson and Lane is not marketed as a sustainability brand, we take care to operate responsibly wherever possible.

If a customer refuses delivery or does not collect their order within the specified period, usually 5 to 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for the refusal of delivery and no refund will be issued.
